  Cleo is absolutely fantastic!! We have been seeing Cloe for personal and business phone and internet. Knows the products and services. Always every helpful. Highly recommend Cleo.

  Terrible slow service lack of customer service skills there's a guy that is so lazy walks around the store asking what you issue is and then twiddled his thumbs as the two others worked .

  Had the pleasure in dealing with Cleo at the Warnbro store this week. She was positive, customer focused and technically competent and assisted with the transfer and setup of a new plan from an existing plan. We had a sim card issue the next day but once again, she promptly solved the issue. I am therefore happy to rate the assistance provided by Cleo 5 stars - keep it up and thank you. Terry

  is there any star below 1? telstra sucks. you guys are scamming us, providing useless info, no resolve in the issue with adsl over 6 years dealing with it. your staff are uneducated in dealing with customer service seeing as you guys wont contact me letting me know that their is drop outs happening and the reason for it.
